I’m a professional landscape photographer with over 35 years of experience, and I’ve spent much of my life chasing the raw beauty of the natural world.Photography has always been my way of connecting with places on a deeper level and sharing that connection with others. Early in my career, I had the privilege of working closely with Harry Jackson—one of America’s most respected sculptors and painters—where I ran his photography department.That time taught me not only about art, but about the discipline and passion it takes to truly honor a subject. My work focuses on capturing the dramatic magnificence of our planet’s natural and protected lands, especially our National Parks.I’m honored that my images have been used to help promote these treasured places around the world, and that they’ve received recognition and awards along the way. For me, the real reward is when someone sees one of my photographs and feels the same sense of awe, wonder, and connection that I felt when I pressed the shutter.Today, I continue to work as a freelance photographer, creating commissioned pieces for clients and contributing to professional publications.
